The Fund has secured a 15-year NNN lease with an AA- rated national tenant, and the project will be completed in 12-18 months (estimated 3rd Quarter, 2021). The location will be redeveloped into a new gas station and convenience store and is located on a signalized intersection with high traffic counts and visibility.

About The Fund
Fortress Equities Real Estate Value Fund, LLC began business operations in August 2020 with the purpose of investing in real estate opportunities that may become available as a result of the economic downturn related to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. The Fund’s primary target acquisitions will be retail, industrial, office, and multi-family real estate, however, the Fund may seek to acquire any type of real estate asset and non-performing debt secured by real property. These assets may be available from sellers forced to sell, banks, trustee sales, bankruptcy sales, receiverships or other similar distressed scenarios.
The Fund is managed by Fortress Equities, LLC, a Las Vegas based private equity real estate company that was founded in 2007. The active day to day managers of the Fund are the principals of Fortress Equities, LLC, Dean Jalili and Frank Jalili.
