Fortress Equities Announces New Development Projects in Las Vegas and Reno

Ogden Lofts
Ogden Lofts is located in Downtown Las Vegas. This mixed-use property features 100 market-rate apartment units over limited service retail and is located in the Fremont East Neighborhood. Combining multi-family and retail opportunities, this project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2021. 

I-80 and USA Parkway
Located in Reno, this development is the first of its kind. Featuring a 5-acre Truck Stop/Travel Center with frontage along USA Parkway near the Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center, which is home to the Tesla Gigafactory and over 100 other distribution centers. Over 3,000 trucks pass through the area on any given day. The estimated completion of this development is 4th Quarter, 2020. 

USA Parkway at Denmark
This ground up development is located in Reno, and will include a nationally branded gas station and convenience store. We have already secured a long-term lease with a national brand tenant. The estimated completion is 3rd Quarter, 2021. 

Desert Inn and Sandhill - Northeast Corner
Redevelopment of a signalized infill corner. Another nationally branded convenience store and gas station for an area that has historically been underserved. Estimated completion date is 3rd Quarter, 2021. 

Tropicana and Topaz - Northeast Corner
Located in Las Vegas, this redevelopment project is ideal for a nationally branded convenience store and gas station. The estimated completion is 3rd Quarter, 2021.
