Company Overview
Fortress Equities is based in Las Vegas, Nevada and was founded by Dean Jalili and Frank Jalili in 2007. Founded during the financial crisis, our focus is capital preservation coupled with superior returns through development and the acquisition, management and repositioning of value-add real estate and related debt vehicles. Our philosophy is to pursue undervalued opportunities in fundamentally sound western US locations where we can increase value, generate consistent cash flow and provide superior risk-adjusted returns. We are highly committed to quality investments and sound business practices and understand the importance of capital preservation above all else.
We have cash on hand and are always seeking investment opportunities in primary and secondary markets in California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, and Washington. We’re interested in retail, apartments, office, industrial, land and non-performing or sub-performing debt secured by real estate.
